Clarius has released T4 Editor, a product that adds a good experience to Visual Studio for editing T4 templates.
Pixel Mine has released UnrealScript Studio. The tool is integrated with Visual Studio and provides a complete development experience for UnrealScript 3, the development language for their game engine.
